How do I qualify?
- Get Pre-Qualified on your item's product page by selecting the "Get Pre-Qualified" link.
- If TrueMed determines that The Pure Sauna products can help prevent or reverse a health condition you care about (making it eligible for HSA/FSA), they will send you a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN).

Once you are approved, just submit the receipts for this and all future The Pure Sauna orders with your LMN to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement. TrueMed will send instructions to get reimbursed and their customer support team will be available to assist.
What happens if my claim is denied?
No worries! If a customer's claim is denied, Truemed has got it covered with our Reimbursement Guarantee. We will compensate for the difference. We stand by the legitimacy and credibility of our Letters of Medical Necessity (LMNs), ensuring your customers can shop with total peace of mind.
