Luxury Spas carry a comprehensive 10-2-2 warranty.

(10) Year acrylic shell warranty against water leaks from defects in materials and workmanship. (Repair or Replacement).

(2) Year acrylic shell warranty against cracks, blisters, peeling and delamination arising from defects in materials. (Repair or Replacement)

(2) Year warranty on all major spa components – specifically, the pumps, the heater and the control system (Repair or Replacement).

All other spa components including the cover, pillows and LED lighting carry a 90-day warranty. (Repair or Replacement)

Prior to filing a warranty claim, please contact our technical support department at 866.220.7405 to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. Once a technician determines that a repair or replacement is necessary, they will coordinate the response accordingly.

For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at warranty@sunraysaunas.com.

Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the spa warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 10-2-2 warranty listed on the warranty certificate and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse.
