(10) Year acrylic shell warranty against water leaks from defects in materials and workmanship. (Repair or Replacement).
(2) Year acrylic shell warranty against cracks, blisters, peeling and delamination arising from defects in materials. (Repair or Replacement)
(2) Year warranty on all major spa components – specifically, the pumps, the heater and the control system (Repair or Replacement).
All other spa components including the cover, pillows and LED lighting carry a 90-day warranty. (Repair or Replacement)
Prior to filing a warranty claim, please contact our technical support department at 866.220.7405 to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. Once a technician determines that a repair or replacement is necessary, they will coordinate the response accordingly.
For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at warranty@sunraysaunas.com.
Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the spa warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 10-2-2 warranty listed on the warranty certificate and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1 - 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1 to 2 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to info@Splashblaze.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Buyer may cancel and return the goods to Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. The buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.
Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.
All returned goods must be in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.
Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fees
All cancelled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following: a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods; b) handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each product; c) all shipping costs to and from the Seller; and d) a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number provided by Seller. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in the Seller not accepting any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees. All such costs and fees as determined by Seller shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller.
